There's No Business Like Show Business is a big extravaganza, colorfuly bright and melodic. Just lots of plain, wonderful sentiment ~New york Daily Mirror

Marilyn stars in three specialty numbers amusingly, as she does a comic burlesque of the sexy singer of naughty songs ~New York Daily News

When it comes to spreading talent, Miss Gaynor has the jump on Miss Monroe, whose wriggling and squirming to Heat Wave and Lazy are embarassing to behold. ~New York Times
